PrepareToList.com was created by Texas realtor Kelly Andel when she recognized a gap in services available for her clients as they prepared to sell their homes. When administering listing appointments, she was commonly asked for referrals for handymen or contractors. She realized over time that there was not a reliable one-stop shop she felt comfortable referring her busy professional clients to for the mostly small general maintenance items that needed to be taken care of before they listed their home. As a result, PrepareToList.com was born. Kelly used her extensive experience as a top producing agent as well as her experience working with contractors while buying and renovating homes for resale and created PrepareToList.com to be the one-stop shop that her clients and other successful realtor’s clients can count on time and time again.
